Core Options Include:
PP honeycomb core for control and stability, alongside high-performance upgrades such as EPP elastic foam cores, GEN3 and GEN4 power-boosting cores, and dynamic EVA cores for enhanced rebound and feel.

Manufacturing Technology

Entry-level paddles may use a traditional cold-press bonding method, combining honeycomb cores with fiberglass or carbon fiber surfaces.

High-end King Marbles paddles use a thermoformed one-piece process, fused at 135°C without adhesive layers — dramatically increasing durability, structural integrity, and long-term performance.
